Alien Abduction Research

How does one go about researching an Alien Abduction case and what would be the criteria for an actual researcher or research team? There are various organizations such as MUFON, Television Shows, and private individuals who claim to be experts or researchers on the topics of UFO and Aliens. Some have professional background in History, Science, Biology, Engineering, Astronomy, Religion, Journalism, Photography, and Psychology. While many other are simply hobbyists with a curiosity and passion about the overall phenomena. So what can an investigator/researcher do for you?

1. An Impartial Third Party Observer
-A researcher/investigator main purpose is to be an objective viewer. They collect and review data with an objective view point. Those who are experiencing the event can become highly impartial because of the emotional stress of abduction and may not have the mindset/skillset to step back to review what is happening.

2. Access to Resources "Equipment/Data/Contacts"
-The second benefit is that working with an investigator you have access to equipment that is uncommon in commercial usage or that is unaffordable. This includes both technological software and hardware such and EMF detectors, radar, spectrometers, cameras, etc.
In addition they have access to data and contacts as additional resources. They usually are aware of other experts whom they can call upon for further research and investigation such as doctors and technicians. They also have others who can do further research for them in old documents and contact various agencies for data such as flight plans, flight histories in the area, astronomical data, etc.

3. Free/Lost Cost Examinations
-If the initial research bares a level of credibility, individuals may have access to free/low cost testing. This may include building a psychology profile, expert lie detector tests, low to precise physical examination, blood work, minor surgery, x-ray examination, MRI, brain wave tests, and eye examinations. This can provide some relief as results can show that the individual has experienced a true event or identify other probable cause in which they can seek treatment.

4. Publicity/Income
-Many are not in this as a philanthropic gesture of goodwill, in the name of science,or in the truest intention of helping someone out. Many are out their for fame and fortune as one can make a career of exploiting individuals with experiences. TV shows (Fictional, Paranormal Investigations, Reality, prank shows )are currently big money makers. Authors are still a big thing which allow them book deals as well as future profits from "Speaking Appearances". These individuals may offer a monetary amount for your time or as above free services, possibility of the invitation of becoming a researcher, or just fame.
In the end it depends on you and what you are comfortable with. You should always way the pro and cons as there are lot of variables to consider.

Now if you value your privacy you can document the phenomena as best as you can yourself. which is something I have expressed. Try to always remain as aware as possible and consider influential factors when incidents occur, your emotional states, and anything that may have happened out of the ordinary. Start a blog, diary, or journal as a start. Don't be afraid to join message boards and groups to read and talk to others.

Some criteria I consider Important in documentation are

-Date: Month/Day/Year

-Type: Type of encounter based up the Valle System (ex. CE1 is a UFO Sighting, CE5 is an Abduction)
-Location: City/State/Country
-Time of Incidents: Estimated time of sighting/abduction
-Attempted Time of Sleep: Estimated time of sleep
-State of Mind Before: How you felt before anything occurred
-State of Mind After: How you felt after event occurred
-Odd occurrences before: Anything unusual, but can include astronomical events, deja vu, funny feelings, ghost, noises, pets acting up, etc..
-Odd occurrences after:Anything unusual, but can include astronomical events, deja vu, funny feelings, ghost, noises, pets acting up, etc..
-Possible Influential Factors: Scary movies/books, fight with someone, reasons for feelings, etc

Other criteria

-ABE: (Alien Biological Entity) was it a Grey? Saurian? Reptilian? Insectoid?, Nordics, etc?
-Astronomical/Astrological Events: Lunar Phases, Constellations, Horoscope, Meteor Showers
-Female Cycle: (*For women) Note your biological clock, as many females may have other issue regarding reproductive examinations/hybrids
-Physical Issues: State of Health
-Residence: Where it happened as in a home, apartment building, barn, crowded neighborhood, camp....
-Witnesses/People: Others who may have saw or where in the dwelling in which events occurred.

Also don't be afraid to be your own biggest skeptic, look at your history and emotional and psychological profiles. Try to debunk the events and look for probable causes as best as you can. Looking into science, medicine, and tech fields, may help out as well too. Religion and philosophy, self-help may help you better cope with what is going on. Remember to empower yourself as much as possible with knowledge, as in the end you are you best protector and you may in the end be able to help others overall in find away to overcome and deal with abductions better.
