Odd occurrences before: White Flashing Lights

So this is a bit of a report of some odd occurrences that have been occurring for about two to three weeks. At fist I didn't think much of this and attributed it to old age and eyesight.....but that is just me not wanting to deal with the "weird". Every so often I would see a flash of light in specific spots, as people may be aware it is often attributed to Posterior Vitreous Detachment were you eye gel starts to not be as effective due to old age. However I was seeing flashes of light at specific point in my window....and the light source inside was not experiencing a surging in power. To make it more interesting...yes I paint my windows black...but as time has gone on there are small pinholes here and there. So every once in a while when I am outside depending on my POV and if the lights are on I can see the light very clearly...which is white-yellowish. However the flashes I was seeing where white light from on specific pinhole. At first I thought someone was in the room walking by the light...then I realized that is not possible as the would have to be standing on the bed. Plus there was no fluctuation in power that would cause the light to "flicker". I cannot explain this particular anomaly.
The second odd flash of light which are more of 4 second projections happen during the day in the same room. As it has been warm I tend to keep myself in the dark and in the cold as much as possible. While laying down for a nap several times.... there would be a flash of light and then a projected image on the ceiling about 4 inches long of a parallelogram (a lopsided rectangle). Again I though it was my eyes.... but it has happened at least four times....in the same room...and during the afternoon and evening. I keep that room dark....no outside light should cause that image to appear....and nothing within the interior of the room should cause such an image to appear either. Again I cannot explain this.
My wolfbrother has shared that he is likewise seeing the flashing lights every once in awhile too outside and inside of that room. He like myself thought it was his eyes....but again..... does not seem likely that it is tied to a problem with our eyesight.
The second thing is that he and my aunt have been reporting more frequency of shadowy figures. For my aunt it is usually a group of two shadowy silhouettes that come into the room and stand at the foot of her bed....then leave. My wolfbrother sees them outside in the walkway facing him or inside the house within the room at night. Likewise last night...around 4:30am I woke up spooked....and lay there for a while on the floor. Sometime when I get up I kick to get some momentum going. There is very soft background light from the power strips and chargers around the room that provide a minimal amount of light...but are great indicators of something is moving around in the dark. When I got up....and kicked...at the foot of the bed something small was caught off guard and moved toward the door. It was a small black mass around 3 feet that was crouched by the bed. Again I immediately dismissed it thinking it was just the silhoutte of my leg kick.....but quickly realize my leg went in the opposite direction and there is no lights to cast a shadow. I turned on the lights quickly .....but nothing was there. I was already awake for some five minutes so I wasn't "asleep".
