The Burden Of Proof: The Individual

After the narrative is collected, the history of the individual should be noted.
Depending on the researcher you should be as thorough as possible when evaluating the individual. The main reason for this is to establish a base line and profile.

You want to discover "WHY".

Why is this person significant in that they were picked to be examined or be revealed to?
What makes them unique if at all?

You want to collect the basic information of the subject. You may or may not need all of this information, but more information is better than none. Also please note that political correctness should inhibit your data....especially when it comes to the subject of culture and ethnicity. Although to some it may seem crude, the older models of classifying a human do have merit since they categorize individuals plainly.
