Brief Visits but What the Heck?

I felt unusually drained and tried. I had recently visited my Wolfbrother on Friday. As can be expected I am worried for him, his mental and emotional state considering things. I am glad he remembers some of our previous agreements, yet I am not sure about a lot of things. I am try to be there for comfort in his time of need. Honestly not too comfortable at times with the family situation, I am somewhat at a loss for handling this due to my own bad experiences. So far it seems I am okay, yet I honestly do not know where I fit in.
I also am concerned with my own well being, taking care of my aunt as well as meeting all the expectation and obligations here.
I turned on the AC as I have begun overheating again, and hope the cold and the dark would bring my peace. Unexpectedly though I began to do something I hadn't done in a long time, I began to vibrate. I was unsure what was going on at first and I honestly thought there was an earthquake going on, but I began to vibrate quicker and I attempted to get up out of it. I took not that the wind chimes and chandelier moved as well, I thought it might be the AC...but it was pointed down at me and the items are on the opposite side.
I felt lethargic and had to fight to move. For a brief moment there was a being next to the DVD cases. It took the shape of a spinal cord bone with three holes. That what can to mind first, but I think it was a mask. I was thinking of my Wolfbrother and how I could help him. I did panic when I saw that being as I was not asleep! I texted my ex to ask if there was an earthquake....because i was in a state of disbelief. After he told me that nothing occurred I went to bed.

Later on I woke up and attended to my aunt. I stayed up late fearing to go to sleep. Eventually around 3:00am I decided to attempt some sleep. Again an incident occurred in which I could not move. However I heard to people talking about a doctor, it was a male and female. I think this was at the hospital where my Wolfbrother was.....there was another odd Doctor in a Green Smock with curly black hair in my room. I told it that my Wolfbrother was on the second floor, he did not have to wait for pick up. Apparently this being has been following my Wolfbrother and sneaks in to see him when the male and female are distracted? The Doctor reminded me of of the incident with the "Green Lettuce".
