FlightRadar24.com


A useful tool for checking flight paths in your local area. Flightradar24 uses real time tracking from ADS-B data and display FAA traffic with a 5 minute delay. It will display flight information such as call signs and flight numbers, in addition to many functions such as a playback which will allow you to see flight paths from a previous point during the day. Not only is this tool available for PC use, but it can also be displayed on many mobile devices.

UFO enthusiast and hunters, will find the app useful as you can show planes that fly over a certain area at times. The tool does not track unidentified object that are in the airspace though. There are premium features available for a subsciption fee of $2.99/month which allow you to have a radar view, as well as the ability to view data from NDB and VOR stations.
