Chile comes to the conclusion that UFOs are operated by Intelligent Beings

Not much, but a step in the right direction. Chile government acknowledges that
UFO are under intelligent control. In this article from the Huffington Post, the official UFO agency in Chile (CEFAA), along with its volunteer committee of scientists, Air Force technicians, police, psychologists and other specialists have ruled out every conceivable explanation.

Glad that some governments are now taking a serious interest on this, other than making fun of individuals and covering up the fact that they don't know/have hidden agendas.
