I attended the CERO conference this following weekend on July 11th, 2015. The event was presented by CERO and moderated by Dr. J Andy Ilias, a popular radio host for Dark Matter Radio and UFO Researcher.
The event started promptly at six, opening with an introduction by Dr. Ilias. Immediately following
that was the surprise guest, via Skype, Art Bell. He wanted to announce his return to broadcasting and made it clear that you could catch his show on Dark Matter. It would be free, but if you wished to become a supporting member... there would be access and extra goodies to share.
After Art Bell, Richard Shaw took the floor and started with footage concerning the Kumburgaz aliens. The footage was shot off the coast of turkey, and it shows what appears to be a craft where three beings are seen dooing something. It is speculated that this is an alien craft with aliens aboard. He went on to explain how the footage has been studied and that this is clearly not done with CGI or other known camera tricks.
The next piece was concerning the "Torah Code". Similar in concept to the "Bible Code", it has been found that there is a mathematical cypher encoded within the Torah "The First Five Books of the Bible". Remember, the cypher used an algorithm to chart certain combination of the glyphs found throughout the Hebrew language. So far it has been used to divine certain events.
They took a brief intermission. A this time I was introduced to Yvonne Smith, the president and founder of CERO. She is a very pleasant person, and followed up with me when I emailed her concerning
CERO. We were told that the following presentation would be on the Nephilim presented by L.A. Marzulli, followed by Preston Dennet, and then there would be a Panel of experts to address question and topics.
The crew that had joined me had a tight scheduled and wanted to change venues. I missed the second half of the conference. You can find some info on L.A. Marzulli and the Nephilim here. Information on Preston Dennet is here, and I recently covered him on a documentary I reviewed.
CERO itself seems to have two facets. There are events like these which are open to the general public and will have guest speakers and topics. It function much like MUFON in the since that they
will discuss events and themes regarding UFO and Aliens. CERO deals with much more than the scientific aspects of a UFO, so the topics and theme will be much broader. Contactees, Abductees, ET Groupees, Experiencers, and other UFO enthusiasts are the ones attending the meeting. It was interesting that the majority of people present were mostly Caucasian 40+, there were a handful of Asians and Hispanics as well. Not to many young people.
The second part of CERO host private meeting, by invitation only. These meeting from what I am assuming is more of a support group session for those who have had/experiencing Alien Contact.
Yvonne provides counseling as a certified and licensed hypnotherapist. She can give you a 1 hour assessment or provide you a session to help reclaim memories and clarify what you may have experienced.

I personally met some people in the past that really do need Yvonne services. It is great that there is an opened professional who can help those who have been traumatized by these experiences.
Personal Note: Although I have contacted Yvonne, I believe the services offered are more clinical than I need. My aunt and myself do have enough recollection to know something is happening. Since these are clinical services, a fee is required. At this time I do not have the financial means to participate with Yvonne. It would confirm at the very least that what is happening to is "happening" to us. Seems I need to find a less clinical support group myself.
I did have question though:
-How does one reconcile the various types of people treated. Considering that you have Contactees, Abductees, and Experiencees.
-There are various aliens and faction involved, in the support group what is the collective assessment? Are they all grey that come in peace? Malicious beings who want to steal are souls?
-Does cross contamination happens? My Alien contact vs your Alien contacts..etc
