Recently there have been reports of UFO activity that can be seen in skies of North and East Los Angeles from the vantage point of Sequoia Park of Monterey Park as far back as 2008. There are various reports of objects sited during the daytime, most behave in a very odd fashion that would indicate that they are something more than just appear. Many individuals have capitalized on the phenomena that seems to be ongoing, and the oddity of this is that you do not need a "summoner" as many people just don't look up.
Matter of fact these object appear regardless of a summoner or belief.
Before we get into things. Lets look at the history of the city known as Monterey Park. Many of the facts can be found at city's local history museum. The city of Monterey Park was originally inhabited by the Shoshone Indians "Snake Indians/Grass House People, who were classified by the Spaniards as part of the Tongva Indians who inhabited the Los Angeles Basin and Channel Islands for several thousand years. They are known also as the Gabrieleno, Fernandeno, and Nicoleno depending to who you speak too. The Tongva are believed to have originated in Neveda and are descended from the Uto-Aztecan people who came into California and absorbed the Hokan around 1,500 BC. European contact was established in 1542, but sustained conflicts began in 1771 after the founding of the San Gabriel Mission. Forced relocation and diseases bought over the by the Spanish decimated much of the population. 1785 a rebellion was lead by the Indians. 1821 when the Mexicans gained independence from Spain, the Indians were forced to assimilate to the rancher' system of life.In 1851 when California joined the United States many of the promises made to the Indians for reservations were never kept and they went extinct soon after.
Modern Monterey Park was known as an agriculture center for potato farms and nurseries. It also became the first successful suburban Chinatown as many of the local Asian businesses moved here. The city itself came into being in 1916, and later was split into Montebello around 1920.
Sequoia Park is located at 751-799 Crest Vista Drive , Monterey Park, CA 91754. It is about 205.61 meters (617 ft) above sea level. Map Coordinates are 34.053911, -118.141813. It overlooks the Western San Gabriel Valley, and you can clearly sea the cities of Alhambra, Pasadena, San Marino, El Sereno, Rosemead, Eagle Rock, and Altedena in the far distance. The park is surrounded by a number of expensive homes. The park is on par with Garvey Ranch Park which is east, on the opposite side of the city where an Observatory is.
A number of daytime UFOs have been captured on film and sighted. A fair number can be easily debunked as Mylar Ballons of some type. The above video is a good example of such a common occurrence, but some anomalous activities do occur with additional appearances by other things. There are also several objects that repeatably show up and have been nicked name by most viewers.
Myself and several colleagues had an event on October 3rd, 2015 to view these orbs. The temperature for that day was 84-65 degrees, bright Sunny. Surise 6:50am, Sunset 6:36pm, Moonrise 11:26 Moonset 12:44pm. Some unusual activity was a number of birds (in threes) circling around the area. It officially started around 12:00 noon. I and my companion did not show up until 1:30pm. Things started to already appear. Even a stranger walking around the area spotted an object in the sky and was already viewing it for 30 minutes. for the next couple of hours several objects started to appear in the sky. They seemed to appear at the half hour mark on the hour.
-Two Silver Dots and pink light
-A band of white/blue dot that was a "bar/cigar"
-The "Astronaught" again and it dropped something
-A yello orb named "Lemondrop"
-And a rose orb
The objects all appeared ether directly above the park or north of the park in the distance above the skies of Alhambra. We were using various binoculars to view these objects. The object that were deemed as UFOs all behave in a peculiar manner... either remaining stationary or fading in our out. They seemed to either travel slowly north north east or just fade out. We did not have the proper equipment nor diagnostic means to ascertain distance and altitude of the objects. However we did our best to triangulate the position of the objects as best as possible from the observable point of view..
Some objects were identified as stand normal things such as: "Mylar Balloons, Planes, a Blimp, and Plane with a Banner.
In my opinion some of the object witnessed may be living creatures akin to an inter-dimensional beings. Many have reported flying jellyfish or transparent creatures in the sky. These could be unknown entities that happen to come into view. Another thing "if" this things were ships.... they are huge and no one is paying attention. When thing that occurred to me is that there may be daylight abduction going on.....especially when you see an orbs and odd drops. Reminded me of the visual effects of a teleportation device..... these are just my thoughts.
More than likely these maybe a form of Kachina. The Hopi and Zuni had long thought that underworld spirits lived among them. They also believed that the Kachina's race, the Sheti "Snake Brothers" had several large cities in California> Namely under Los Angeles and Mount Shasta. Most would recognize these locales as possible sites of the lizard people. However, it could just be spirits of the Indian Ancestors.... namely Eototo. The Kachina sky father....
