This movie was released in 2015 and is a work of fiction. It is about an ancient alien race, in which human are made into the image of, have claimed the universe as their own. The most powerful of these are three siblings who have inherited their mother's holdings. Beneath them, there are countless other nobles of the house of Abrasax. The oldest sibling has a refinery on Jupiter, which they harvest humans for a substance that keeps them alive forever. Apparently they have been seeding planets for eons, earth being one of the youngest at 100,000 years. They have created many hybrids, spliced with other animal lifeforms.
The known alien races that appear are the winged reptilian known as the Dracos and the Greys. It is alluded that perhaps some of the members of House Abrasax have even masqueraded as gods from time to time.

The story is short and simple, the siblings and heirs to the Abrasax Corporation wish to harvest Earth. However, it is found out that a reincarnation of their mother has been borne on earth. Each sibling is attempting to manipulate the reincarnation, re-establishing her claim on her holding or trying to take control either through marriage or murder. In the end, the reincarnation, named "Jupiter", makes her own choice to live life free and have earth off limits.

As an MK Ultra flick, it uses a variety of popular themes from "Alice in Wonderland", "Peter Pan", and the whole Christ Ascending, and Rise of the Goddess themes. It is an interesting narrative and worth watching, but if you are easily influenced, this film may given certain individuals delusions of grandeur.

Three things of note which do stand out:

The Greys. The way they behaved in this film in the abduction sequence in the Rich Russian room and the egg donor clinic are scary accurate. The rest of the film, they are delegated to background. Someone did research on their behavior and made a rather accurate portrayal.

The Winged Dracos, they don't do much as appear as a military/priest caste. They are aloof and not direct... I can't say much as I only seen them less then a few times.
From what I know they appear as guides and "angels" from fellow abductees.

Manipulation of Reality. Things do hit the fan...were people die and buildings crumble. However, the grey are able to manipulate the environment were things can be literally fixed and restored within seconds. People's memories are erased and reconfigured. Is this really going on? Would explain deja vu.... and as they remarked.. some people are just not affected and are considered crazy.

It is worth watching.
